Born in Salvador, Brazil, in 1988 and moved to Denmark with his family in 1995. During his early years in the film industry, Victor worked at Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) on TV-series such as “The Killing” while independently producing smaller projects. He was admitted to the National Film School of Denmark’s producer’s programme in 2015 and graduated in 2019 with graduation films “For Juliane” and “Villa Villekulla” both of which were nominated for a Danish Academy Award. That same year, he co-founded the production company Monolit Film. In early 2024 Victor premiered the critically acclaimed TV-series, “Dark Horse”, which had international premiere in the main competition at Canneseries. His first feature-length documentary, “Death of a Saint”, had its premiere in the NEXT:WAVE competition at CPH:DOX and the international premiere in the International Competition at Hot Docs.
